Singapore no longer has any documented separate physical APEC lane. Its ABTC benefit was never a dedicated queue: the 2007 APEC document records it as the shared Singapore Citizen/PR lane at Changi. ICA then granted ABTC holders automated-gate access, but since May 2024 all foreign visitors may use the automated lanes with no enrolment, so the card now confers no lane advantage. Its real value is the 60-day visa waiver.
