Where the old record is wrong

Every widely published ABTC airport list descends from one APEC document whose data is from March 2007. These are the points where that document no longer describes Chile.

The 2007 baseline's Santiago entry has not been re-confirmed by any source dated 2020 or later. It is carried here as an unverified historical datum, not as a current fact.
The 2007 baseline gave Chile's foreign pre-clearance processing as 15 days. That has not been re-verified; Sermig now advertises roughly two months for Chilean applicants' own cards, which is a different measure and not directly comparable.
No APEC lane could be confirmed at any Chilean land crossing or seaport. APEC's May 2025 review flags 'challenges in introducing fast-track lanes at land borders where most travelers pass in vehicles', which makes one unlikely, though its absence was not confirmed.

What catches people out

'All Ports' is an entry-eligibility statement: ABTC holders may enter at any Chilean port. It is not a claim that every port has a signposted APEC lane. Do not conflate the two.
The only document naming a Chilean airport is the March 2007 BMG lane table, provably stale: its data column is headed 'at March 2007' and it lists an airport that closed in 2013. It evidences a historical lane at Santiago, not a current one.
The Santiago airport operator publishes nothing about APEC. Its Spanish and English passenger pages were fetched in full and contain zero occurrences of APEC, ABTC, preferente, preferencial, carril, exclusiva, prioritaria or fast track.
The PDI publishes nothing about APEC either. Its January 2025 press release describing new immigration-lane arrangements at Santiago segments travellers into self-service kiosks, Chileans with minors, residents and tourists, with no APEC lane in that segmentation, though it had every reason to mention one.
Santiago split into T1 for domestic and T2 for international flights in 2022, so any APEC lane would necessarily be in T2. No source maps a lane to a terminal, so the terminal is left blank rather than inferred.
Family accompaniment is capped at one family member in the exclusive lane, per Sermig.
Chile issues virtual cards only; there is no physical card to present. Three official or semi-official sources give three different transition dates: Sermig says 1 June 2020, APEC's Table 6 says 30 June 2021, Asexma says July 2022.
Sermig's own destination table gives Russia as 60 days for Chilean cardholders, whereas APEC's entry table gives Russia 90 days in any 180. The economies' own published stay figures do not always agree with APEC's.
One of the three Chilean ABTC sites that APEC itself designates (sff.sofofa.cl) returned HTTP 522 throughout, across two fetch methods, so its content could not be checked and may contain lane detail not reflected here.
Even where a lane exists the benefit is not guaranteed: APEC's own IRC resource notes that at busy airports cardholders in the dedicated lane 'can spend just as long, or even longer waiting to be processed than travelers using regular lanes'.
