How do I create an account?

1. Download the Venture app from the App Store.
2. Open the app and tap “Sign Up.”
3. Enter your details and verify your email.

How do I reset my password?

1. On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password?”
2. Enter your email and follow the reset link.

How do I delete my account?

You can permanently delete your Venture account:

1. Open the Venture app and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your data will be permanently removed within 7 days. For help, email support@ventureapp.world.

Why does Venture need access to my location?

Venture uses your location to display past travel locations from your photo library and to help you track and compare visited places with friends. Your location is never shared without your permission.

Why does Venture request photo library access?

We analyze the location tags in your travel photos to build your map and provide personalized insights. Your photos are never stored or shared without your consent.
